Technology

Open architecture, reliable automation

AI is an intelligence layer above reliable local IoT automation — it does not replace it.

Technology architecture

Open architecture from device to intelligence

From sensor to user experience, every layer has a clear role.

The diagram shows the architectural direction; specific protocols and devices are confirmed per project.

  1. Devices & Sensors

    Xiaomi • Aqara • Philips • Tuya • TTLock • …

  2. Connectivity & Gateways

    Zigbee • Wi‑Fi • BLE • IP • vendor APIs

  3. Integration Layer

Normalization • Device state • Events

  4. Automation & Context

Rules • Scenes • Schedules • Safety logic

  5. AI / Reasoning Layer

Vietnamese interaction • Knowledge • Planning

  6. User Experience

    Mobile • Dashboard • Notifications • Voice

Reliability

Real-time control should remain reliable

Critical device control and safety automation should not depend entirely on a cloud AI model. Our architecture separates deterministic local automation from higher-level AI reasoning.

  • Local automation

Time-sensitive device rules can continue to operate locally.

  • AI when useful

AI is used for language, knowledge retrieval, troubleshooting and higher-level planning.

  • Controlled actions

AI-generated plans should pass through validation and permission layers before affecting physical devices.

AI assistant

Natural language for complex automation

We are developing an AI assistance layer that can understand Vietnamese requests, retrieve device and solution knowledge, help troubleshoot installations and generate validated automation plans.

Currently in development.

Example request (in Vietnamese)

“Khi cả nhà đi vắng, tắt toàn bộ đèn, chuyển điều hòa về chế độ tiết kiệm và báo cho tôi nếu cửa chính mở.”

Processing flow

  1. Understand request
  2. Resolve people / devices / conditions
  3. Generate automation plan
  4. Validate permissions and device availability
  5. Execute through controlled IoT services

Privacy & control

Systems with cameras, face recognition and home data need careful design

  • Privacy-aware architecture

Designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure and keep appropriate automation local.

  • Permissioned access

Uses controlled user roles and authorized device actions.

  • Clear event handling

Keeps audit / event logs where supported.
